Teachers hired by the school meet the requirements of the State of Florida Department of Education and the Department of Education for the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee.
All faculty and staff members comply with Diocesan regulations regarding certification. Homeroom teachers offer continuity in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Full-time Instructional Assistants are assigned to Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, and two Middle School Instructional Assistants are available as need in those classes. A Guidance Counselor serves students and families in various capacities.
