Truth about the Equality Act: The bill is well-intentioned but ultimately misguided. The Equality Act discriminates against people of faith, threatens unborn life, and undermines the common good. Click here to learn more.

Jesus: The Way, the Truth, and the Life (Bible Study)
Jesus is our savior, our redeemer, our Lord, and our God. Our belief in Jesus is what makes us who we are as Catholics, as Christians, but do we really know him as we should? Is Jesus a part of your life, or is he at the center of your life as he should be? We invite you to make him the center of your life by joining us for Jesus: The Way, the Truth, and the Life, a 10-week video study program that explores the entirety of Jesus’ life and what he means for us as Catholics today. St. Paul Catholic Church will begin the Jesus study on April 21 at 6:00pm. Participants will meet every week to view an engaging video presentation by Marcellino D’Ambrosio, Jeff Cavins, and Edward Sri, followed by a lively group discussion and fellowship. For more information or to register, contact Steve Burgess at sburgess13@bellsouth.net. Registration cost is $30.00 which includes the necessary workbook for the course We hope you can join us!

Holy Days of Obligation for 2021:

In addition to Sundays, the following holy days are obligatory in 2021:

  • Friday, January 1 – The Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God

  • Thursday, May 13 – The Ascension of the Lord
(permanently transferred to the 7th Sunday of Easter in Florida)

  • Monday, November 1 – All Saints' Day

  • Wednesday, December 8 – The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary

  • Saturday, December 25 – The Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ (Christmas)

Guidelines for Attending Mass:

  • We are no longer requiring that you to make reservations for Mass in advance.

  • Our max capacity while observing social distancing guidelines is about 300 people. If the church exceeds 300 occupants, we may have to stop allowing people in for the health and safety of others.

  • Parishioners attending Mass should wear a face covering of some sort.

  • The only entrances to the church will be the two side doors by the altar. DO NOT enter the church through the narthex doors, as they will be locked to avoid gathering in the narthex. (The bathrooms will still be accessible.)

  • To observe social distancing guidelines, we will be roping off every other pew and asking you to distance yourself from others by 6 feet, with the exception for families who may sit together.

  • We will not be distributing the Precious Blood during communion. You can still receive the fullness of Christ in the Eucharist.

  • Please consider receiving the Eucharist in the hand rather than on the tongue as an act of charity for your fellow parishioners.

  • Children's liturgy is still suspended at this time.

  • The nursery, cry-room, and gift shop will remain closed until further notice.

We used to conduct paper surveys to collect data in rural areas with limited internet connectivity. Thanks to QuestionPro's offline mobile app, collecting offline data is a piece of cake now, especially when you don't have to deal with paperwork anymore.. We've run multiple surveys covering events , donor feedback, volunteer surveys - all for free. Thank you QuestionPro!

Our Diocese has Victim Assistance Coordinators who are trained counselors and available to help anyone sexually abused by a priest, deacon, or other church or school personnel.  At St. Paul Catholic Church, we have great concern, and hold in high regard, those who have suffered sexual abuse especially at the hands of the Church, including our Catholic Schools.  Click here for more information.
